CANVASSING EVENT

Basement of the Bishop Hotel
The Washington State Democrats' Coordinated Campaign will be hosting a door to door canvassing and phone banking event with special guest Tina Podlodowski, Chair of the Washington State Democratic Party. This event will be to support Democrats and build the base in Jefferson County for GET OUT THE VOTE. Meet at 11:00 am in the basement of the Bishop Hotel. Please bring a cell phone if you would like to phone bank. This is a great opportunity to work together to get Democrats up and down the ballot elected this important midterm year. • New Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs): Election Results Posted for August 2018!

New Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) were elected through the primary election process on August 7, 2018. They will begin their terms as PCOs on December 1, 2018.

Subject to change in tight races that could be impacted by late arriving ballots. Election results will be officially certified on August 21, 2018.

Primary ballots have been mailed!

YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE:

  • If you vote in County District 3, four candidates for County Commissioner (including three Democrats) are contesting this primary and the top two candidates will go on to the November ballot.
  • Democratic Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) candidates are contesting this position in 21 precincts in the county. If you vote in one of the contested precincts, the winner of this election is decided in August.

We had a productive convention on March 24th, with 111 registered Jefferson County voters in attendance. Elected to represent LD-24 at the State Democratic Convention (Wenatchee, June 15-16) are: David Griffiths, Linda Brewster, Alise Moss-Vetica, and George Yount (alternate).
